Moving Matters Cultural Platform Foundation initiates and organizes projects on the cutting edge of visual art and migration.
The foundation is active since February 2019.
Moving Matters has been working in the realm of mentoring and networking especially for newcomer artists in the Netherlands. It also aims at exhibitions that include migrant artists as well as art dealing with issues of migration, globalism and coloniality.
Moving Matters Cultural Platform Foundation collaborates with organizations such as Welkom in Utrecht and De Voorkamer. It has been financially supported by KF Hein Fonds and Gemeente Utrecht.
